Welcome to Shoshin Aikido Dojo Kissimmee, Florida, which has Michael Kranz Sensei as it's chief instructor. We are affiliated with Shoshin Aikido Dojo Orlando, Florida, under Daniel Linden Sensei. Michael Kranz Sensei started his Aikido training in 1968 at the age of 13. This early Aikido training sparked the desire to learn more about the martial arts. In 1979 after serving in the United States Army’s 101st Airborne Division he started training in Aikido at the University of Central Florida under Edward B. Baker Sensei.

Kranz Sensei received his 1st degree black belt (Shodan) from Daniel Linden Sensei and Ed Baker Sensei through Mitsugi Saotome Sensei in September 1985. He continued his training with Daniel Linden Sensei, and Dennis Hooker Sensei.

Kranz Sensei received the rank of 5th degree black belt from Daniel Linden Sensei in August 2008. With Daniel Linden Sensei’s support Mr. Kranz is teaching Aikido in Kissimmee Florida.
