The seminar began Friday night. The mat was packed, but this didn't stop us from practicing. Senseis Saotome, Yamamoto und Ikeda shared the four two-hour classes among them. Saturday night then the big reception in honor of Saotome Sensei and his 50th year in Aikido. Many "famous" faces, good live music, many speeches and presents. And all those Aikidoka wearing costumes and suits -- a very unusual sight. All in all an event we will surely not forget!
